This is for pass card to enable entry to the mart lorry park, ...this is for security reasons to stop anyone potentially stealing horses. Entry gate will have 24 hr security and will be locked over night. No pass card, no entry..
Please print email in the upper or lower case it is to be sent in.
1 photo is permitted per horse, it will be on the web site in the catalogue, but NOT in the catalogue on the day

Please abide by these rules
. Incomplete entry forms will be sent back and if after the closing date will be refused entry to the sale.
. If a section does not apply please put N/A.
. All paperwork must be complete and the horse in the sellers ownership at time of sale.
. Please provide all paperwork in a Polly pocket (clear folder) to minimise loss or damage.
. One Polly pocket per horse only.
. Please do not put high unachievable reserves on your horses.
. Any horse clipped (other than a head and ears) MUST have a rug provided or seller will be deducted the cost of a rug brought at the sale
. Bedding will be provided (1 section of big bale straw) for all pens in use, hay is NOT provided
. No responsibility will be taken by the organisers or auctioneer if any damage or harm is caused to animals, persons or vehicles whilst on the Carmarthen mart ground.
Owner or representative shall take full responsibility for their horses at all time of the sale. Including the sale ring. Once the hammer falls it is the responsibility of the new owner.
. Separate pens will be allocated for colts and stallions with the exception of foals
. The organiser and auctioneer will take no responsibility for any horse incorrectly described
. A pass ticket will be issued to enable the horse to be removed from the premises, no pass no removal..
The gate will be open from 5pm on the Friday until 10pm on Saturday then they will be closed for security.

All horse sold will be issued with a pass with their name on it and the new owner to enable them to remove the horse from the sale
After sale offers are permitted as long as it goes thorough the auctioneers office.
SELLING HORSES OUTSIDE OF THIS IS PROHIBITED , EVERY SALE MUST GO THROUGH THE AUCTIONEER. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A BAN FROM FUTURE MINIATURE HORSE SALES IN CARMARTHEN MART.
. Horse must be on the mart site by the 20th November before 9.30am to enable pre viewing. No horse to be removed from mart unless a pass is issued.
.All horse to be removed at the end of sale day.
Each pass will have the horses name printed onto it
. Once entered no refunds given to horses sold or unsold on the day or before the sale
Carmarthen lorry/trailer park and sale ring will be open from 5pm on Friday the 19th November to allow for early arrivals
** In the case of low entry numbers and the sale is cancelled you will be notified via email and all cheque's will be destroyed by shredding... If
the money has been banked a full refund will apply minus £1 for postage
If a cheque fails to clear you will be asked to transfer the amount into the miniature horse sale Wales account by the closing date. Failure to
do so will mean you cannot sell your horse on the day
. After sales stabling and transport is being arranged for horses being exported or brought on the phone.
